New Client: Better Beverages!
We have struck a deal with Better Beverages to design an intranet site for them. They need help with information sharing, forms processing, and a little help monitoring some troublesome services. We are pleased to be working with Better Beverages and we know thier experience with be Greater Than!
We have setup a system to ensure these "troublesome" systems are monitored and any issues are correct before the user notices. We have also setup a system that will allow users to submit trouble tickets from a variety of mediums. Lastly, we have setup some additional reporting on sales, inventory and such that will be viewable from the intranet site. This should greatly increase business awareness and they might be able to pull them away from expensive "report creator" software. Money Saved is Money Earned!
